for the 2011 Women's Commission Fall Conference
Dear Vendors:
We are fast approaching October 20th, the date of the 2011 Women's Fall Conference to be held at the Lake Charles Civic Center. The scheduled keynote speaker is Vicki Lawrence. Last year's conference hosted over 1,200 participants, and the 2011 conference is anticipated to draw an even larger audience.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2011 Fall Conference MarketPlace. Registration has begun. Please use the link in the left hand column to register and access the MarketPlace guidelines. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase the services you offer and to help women improve, empower and elighten their lives!

Refunds will not be made for any table reservation. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. For continued safety of vendors and conference attendees, all booths must be set up the day before the conference, Wednesday, October 19th, 2011.
